Your acquisition is guaranteed by a notary act, registered ib the Land Tribunal (equivalent of the registry office) and you will then obtain a property deed on your name or on the name of an eventual society that you may want to create.
As far as défiscalisation is concerned, the law has changed. In order to attract foreign capital in the touristic areas, all enterprises are exempt from national and municipal taxes for a minimum period of 3 years.
